Job Purpose
To efficiently manage the procurement of packing materials, stationery, medicines, tools and bits, daily consumables, hardware, and civil-related requirements, ensuring their timely availability and cost-effectiveness. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with company policies and supporting uninterrupted operations of the plant and office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute procurement plans for packing materials, stationery, medicines, tools, consumables, hardware, and civil-related items based on operational requirements.
- Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain a reliable supplier base to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to secure the best value for the company.
- Inventory Monitoring & Control
- Coordinate with stores and departments to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Implement reordering systems and just-in-time (JIT) practices where applicable.
- Cost Optimization
- Analyze procurement costs and continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate and complete procurement records for audit and internal review.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with production, maintenance, administration, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Risk Mitigation
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions in plant or office operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
