Senior QA/QC Engineer

The Role
Position Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries. Job Description: • Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Prepare and manage quality documentation including ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and coordinate consultant and third-party inspections. • Monitor corrective actions, inspect delivered materials, track recurring quality issues, and recommend preventive measures to maintain high project standards. • Lead internal pre-handover inspections, ensure snag rectification, support final handover documentation, and conduct toolbox talks to promote quality awareness on site.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field • 8+ years of QA/QC experience in fit-out or construction projects • Strong knowledge of ITPs, method statements, and inspection processes • Experience coordinating third-party testing and material inspections and familiarity with local authority and consultant approval procedures
