Senior Quantity Surveyor

MAIN REQUIREMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING;

• Bachelors or Master degree in Civil Engineer- Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 10 years of experience; with minimum of 5 years of experience in high rise building in UAE /GCC- mandatory
• Proven experience in high rise civil and ID works- mandatory
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, proven experience in managing subcontractor valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Proficient in cost control, project forecasting, and coordination with consultants, sub contractors and site teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
