As a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Consultant, you will be working on Mixed Use, Commercial and Residential or Infrastructure projects specifically in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Requirements Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor job Dubai

• Chartered Status :Candidates should have attained MRICS Chartered Status ( Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Quantity Surveying route.
• Type of Experience: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant / PQS with a recognised Cost Consultancy organisation. We are not considering candidates with a Contractor Background.
• Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience post degree as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant with a well known Tier 1 Cost Consultancy organisation.
• Qualifications: A 3-year degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognised University. Please note, that your Degree Qualification must be a full-time degree.
• Project Experience : You will have both Pre and Post contracts experience in mixed-use, Commercial and/ or Residential or Infrastructure Projects. A mix of two or more sectors would be ideal.
• Additional information: Our client is open to candidates with or without previous Middle East experience. Preference for a Single Status candidate as additional family allowances are not available for this role. A desire to live and work in the Middle East in Dubai as a Quantity Surveyor.

This Senior Quantity Surveyor job in Dubai UAE offers A salary (tax-free) discussed on a case-by-case basis, circa 25,000-35,000AED Total package dependent upon experience

In addition to a basic salary you will also receive the following.

• Laptop, Mobile Phone, Visa
• Medical Cover is also provided on top.
• Bonus as per Dubai law
• Visa costs are also paid by the company.
