✔ Experience & Professional Excellence

✨ Elegant, confident, cheerful, approachable and exceptionally well-presented personality with a strong professional presence.

⚡ Highly organised, proactive, solution-oriented and capable of efficiently managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

🏆 Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in Dubai Real Estate Brokerage.

🏙️ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s leading developers, master communities and both Primary & Secondary Market operations.

🌍 Language & Communication Skills

🗣️ Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential.

🌐 Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage, especially Arabic, Hindi, Russian or other commonly spoken languages in Dubai's real estate market.

📞 Outstanding communication skills with exceptional telephone etiquette and professional client handling abilities.

🤝 Excellent public relations skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers and business partners.

🗂️ Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation, coordination and daily office operations efficiently.

🏗️ Primary Market & Off-Plan Real Estate Knowledge

Good understanding of Dubai’s Primary & Off-Plan Real Estate Market, including:

🏢 Knowledge of Dubai’s leading developers, master communities, upcoming projects and launch activities.

📋 Understanding of the complete off-plan sales process from client booking to commission collection.

🤝 Coordination with developers, channel partners, sales teams and clients for smooth transaction management.

📑 Knowledge of:

✔ Booking Forms & Reservation Procedures

✔ Developer Registration Processes

✔ Client Documentation Requirements (KYC, Passport, Emirates ID, etc.)

✔ Payment Plans & Project Milestones

✔ Commission Structures & Developer Policies

✔ Booking Status Tracking & Sales Documentation

💰 Commission Administration & Collection Process:

✔ Preparing and submitting commission invoices to developers/channel partners.

✔ Maintaining commission claim records and supporting documents.

✔ Following up with developers regarding invoice approvals and commission payment status.

✔ Maintaining accurate records of closed deals, pending commissions and payment schedules.

✔ Coordinating with accounts teams for commission reconciliation and payment tracking.

📊 Maintaining updated records of:

✔ Off-plan inventory

✔ Unit availability

✔ Launch updates

✔ Price changes

✔ Payment plans

✔ Developer offers & incentives
