If you don’t have proven closings, market knowledge, and a strong network, this role will not be the right fit.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate
• Track record of multiple closed transactions
• Strong network of investors and end-users
• Skilled negotiator with a closing mindset
• Self-driven with the ability to generate your own leads
• Ambitious, target-oriented, and financially motivated

Your Responsibilities

• Close high-value sales and leasing deals
• Work across off-plan and secondary market properties
• Source and manage serious buyers and investors
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain a professional, results-focused approach
