Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is looking for a Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in a recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in headhunting, talent sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment management across multiple industries. This role requires exceptional leadership, networking skills, and the ability to manage diverse recruitment projects and teams while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring requirements and ensuring timely placements.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across industries.

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing

  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Apply advanced headhunting techniques to target passive candidates for senior and niche roles.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and quality service delivery.
  • Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
  • Align recruitment activities with client expectations and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct training sessions on sourcing strategies, client handling, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct research on hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, metrics, and client feedback.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows for better effectiveness.
  • Work with HR and legal teams to maintain compliance with labor regulations.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency, with strong focus on headhunting and talent sourcing (required).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, client management, and market trends.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
