Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions, interview questions and assessment tools that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Screen resumes and identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidates information, including CV s portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Advertise roles on various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Maintain recruitment tracker
