Position Overview
TwoAtoms Capital is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager to drive institutional and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) client coverage across KSA and the Gulf. The role blends origination and advisory: deepen wallet share with existing relationships, acquire new clients, surface and qualify investment banking opportunities (DCM/ECM/M&A), support PE fundraising and co‑investment coverage, and collaborate with product teams to design and launch new investment solutions (including Sharia‑compliant offerings). Success requires a proven network, disciplined pipeline management, regulatory fluency, and consistent revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Origination & Coverage
-
Own a portfolio of institutional and UHNW relationships (sovereign & quasi‑sovereign entities, pension funds, insurers, family offices, large corporates).
-
Prospect and convert new clients; maintain a robust, qualification‑based pipeline with clear next actions and fee forecasts.
-
Lead account planning, C‑suite mapping, and multi‑threaded engagement to expand mandates across advisory, capital markets, and alternatives.
Investment Banking & PE Enablement
-
Identify and qualify IB opportunities (M&A, DCM, ECM, structured solutions); coordinate with product and execution teams on pitches, term sheets, and closings.
-
Partner with Private Equity on LP coverage, co‑investment placement, deal sourcing with portfolio companies, and exit preparedness (equity story alignment).
-
Prepare and deliver client materials (pitchbooks, proposals, IC‑ready screens) and manage RFPs.
Wealth Management Advisory
-
Advise UHNW clients on strategic asset allocation (public markets, sukuk/bonds, equities, funds, alternatives) with suitability and risk‑profiling discipline.
-
Cross‑sell discretionary/mandated solutions, structured notes, Sharia‑compliant products, and co‑investment opportunities alongside IB/DCM/PE.
Product & Proposition Development
-
Surface client needs and market gaps; co‑create new funds, mandates, and structured solutions (including Sharia‑compliant) with Product/PE/DCM.
-
Pilot new propositions, refine pricing, and build go‑to‑market playbooks (messaging, collateral, distribution plan).
Governance, Risk & Conduct
-
Ensure full compliance with CMA rules and the firm’s policies (KYC/EDD, AML/CFT, suitability, conflicts, best execution, marketing).
-
Maintain clean documentation (call reports, CRM hygiene, client files) and support audits and regulatory reviews.
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
-
Mentor junior bankers/associates on coverage best practices.
-
Champion one‑firm collaboration across IB, DCM, PE, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Total Professional Experience: 10–15 years in financial services.
-
Institutional Coverage: 7+ years directly covering institutional clients in KSA/GCC with a verifiable network of decision‑makers (CFOs, Treasurers, CIOs).
-
Wealth Management/Advisory: 5+ years advising UHNW/family office clients on multi‑asset portfolios and alternatives (including Sharia‑compliant).
-
Capital Markets / IB Exposure: 3–5+ years within a CMA‑licensed Authorized Person or equivalent capital‑markets institution (DCM/ECM/structured solutions/M&A origination).
-
Track Record: Evidence of multi‑year revenue delivery (AUM growth, fee income, IB mandate origination) and successful cross‑sell across products.
Education & Certifications
-
Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related; MBA/Master’s preferred.
Technical & Commercial Skills
-
Strong understanding of sukuk/bonds, equities, funds, alternatives, structured products, and co‑investment terms.
-
Ability to originate and shape IB/DCM/ECM/M&A opportunities and articulate value propositions with execution teams.
-
Working knowledge of LBO/DCF concepts to engage credibly with PE/IB teams (not a modeling role).
