Senior Sales Accounts Executive & Customer Sales Representative – US Market

Locations:

1. Bahria town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

2. Westridge-1, Rawalpindi.

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6pm onwards)

Job Type: Full-time (on site)

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong upselling and customer retention skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with US customers to build relationships and drive sales.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
• Handle customer retention by providing excellent service and resolving concerns.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English (American accent preferred).
• Strong sales, upselling, and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in US-based campaigns (BPO/Call Center experience is a plus).
• Ability to work night shifts.  Energetic, persuasive, and customer focused.

Salary Package

1. Basic English Skills

• Limited fluency in speaking and understanding English
• Requires training and supervision
• Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 45,000

2. Moderate Communication Skills

• Can communicate clearly but needs improvement in fluency, grammar, and confidence
• Some experience preferred but not mandatory
• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 55,000

3. Good Communication Skills

• Strong fluency, clear pronunciation, good listening and conversation handling
• Preferably has 1–2 years relevant BPO experience
• Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

4. High-Level Communication + BPO Experience

• Excellent spoken English, confident dealing with international clients
• BPO experience in similar roles
• Can handle escalations, training, or leadership if required
• Salary Range: Up to PKR 80,000
