Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven B2B Sales Specialist with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management. In this role, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new business clients, maintaining long-term partnerships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and business decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value sales deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipelines, and client data.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working under targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
