We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in Saadiyat Island’s luxury property market, a proven history of closing high-value transactions, and well-established connections with premium clients and top developers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Focus on property sales and leasing within Saadiyat Island.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful deals.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings while delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors, landlords, and buyers.
  • Keep up-to-date with market movements, pricing trends, and upcoming developments in Saadiyat.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years’ real estate experience in the UAE (with preference for Saadiyat expertise).
  • Strong background in luxury property sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, deal-closing, and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and client-handling abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
