Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned territory for B2C internet sales
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Ensure effective coordination with technical teams for timely installations
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion within the territory
  • Any other task assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or relevant field preferred)
  • 3–5 years of sales experience (ISP/Telecom industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in territory handling and market development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations
  • Good understanding of fiber/GPON internet services.

  • Salary+Comission & Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
