Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned territory for B2C internet sales
- Plan and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and market mapping.
- Ensure effective coordination with technical teams for timely installations
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and performance tracking
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities for expansion within the territory
- Any other task assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or relevant field preferred)
- 3–5 years of sales experience (ISP/Telecom industry preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in territory handling and market development.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations
- Good understanding of fiber/GPON internet services.
