Senior Sales Executive

A Leading Coating/Materials Industry is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the paint and coating industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new clients in construction, industrial, and retail sectors.
  • Promote and sell paint and coating products to corporate and institutional customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and client records.
  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, and project managers.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience (paint/coatings industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and manage multiple accounts.
  • Knowledge of paint/coating products and applications is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
