Senior Sales Executive -Outdoor (Female)

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at ISON. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of hair products to salons, spas, and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities to build a strong client base, particularly in salons.
• Present, promote, and sell our premium products to prospective clients in the beauty and wellness sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide product knowledge and training to salon professionals, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our haircare solutions.
• Maintain and nurture a strong network within the industry to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
• Regularly report on sales performance and client feedback to refine approaches and meet market demands.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and sales.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor sales environment.
• Knowledge of the salon industry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Required:

• A valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor sales .
• Proficiency in Arabic and English language
