Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 4 years of experience in IT product sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and software products and a proven track record of driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue. You will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships
  • Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams for effective positioning
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff when needed
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of IT product sales or SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in international sales for SaaS, IT agency, or tech products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with product teams
  • 4–5 years of Sales Manager experience
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
