The Role

The (Sr.) Sales Manager is a senior
position responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration in the KSA selling enterprise solutions B2B. You will own the entire sales cycle for our most important accounts, from developing the initial relationship to negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, creating strategic account plans, and establishing Mindsets as the go-to partner for industrial AI solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic sales planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for AI‑powered predictive maintenance solutions in KSA. This includes creating account plans, identifying target segments (manufacturing, logistics hubs, distribution centers, and smart buildings) and aligning the strategy with corporate objectives and setting sales targets.
  • Sales execution and pipeline management: Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close contracts. Manage and coach a small team or SDRs to build a qualified pipeline, set KPIs and refine messaging.
    Monitor the revenue pipeline and adjust processes to ensure continuous growth. Provide accurate forecasts and regular updates to leadership.
  • Business development & relationship building: Leverage your existing relationships and identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets by leveraging market research on emerging verticals. Develop influential relationships with decision‑makers at all levels and maintain strong partnerships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Cross‑functional coordination:
    Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure accurate representation of the predictive maintenance platform and to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap. Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and support deal progression

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-8+ years of experience in a senior B2B enterprise sales role, with a focus on selling complex technology solutions (e.g., IIoT, enterprise SaaS, industrial automation).
  • Must have experience in serving manufacturing and industrial clients.
    Nice to have to have experience in multi-national/global industrial companies.
  • A strong network of executive and mid-level management and decision-makers in the industrial sector.
  • A consistent and proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas within the KSA market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans for large, complex organizations.
  • Deep industry knowledge and a strong, established network of C-level and senior management contacts in our target sectors (Industrial manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
  • Masterful understanding of value-based selling methodologies, ROI analysis, and complex, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in a formal enterprise sales methodology.
