Senior Sales Product Operations Specialist

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale rapidly, building a robust product operations engine is critical to sustaining platform growth and delivering a seamless experience for merchants and users alike.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Product Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of our product tool systems, drive data-informed decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve our platform's efficiency and user experience.

What You'll Do

Product System Operations:

• Own the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and exception handling.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the technical team to ensure system stability and reliability.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and report on product operation data to surface actionable insights and provide robust data support for product optimization decisions.
• Track key operational metrics and drive continuous improvements based on data findings.

Strategy & Execution:

• Participate in formulating and executing product operation strategies that drive the achievement of business goals.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured operational workflows and execution plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with technical, commercial, and product teams to resolve operational challenges and align on priorities.
• Champion product usability improvements and contribute to enhancing the end-to-end user experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above with proven experience in product operations, sales operations, e-commerce operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on operational data; SQL or similar data skills are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with merchant onboarding, financial reconciliation, or API-based product systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage exceptions and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
