Senior Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team in Karachi.
The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and proven experience in selling Digital Marketing Servicesto clients in the USA.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, conducting online meetings, and closing high-value B2B deals that contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close US-based clients for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
• Conduct professional virtual meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in selling Digital Marketing or Website Development services (preferably to USA clients).
• Excellent English communication skills (must be fluent and confident).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development concepts.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US business hours).
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
