Our Islamabad showroom is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Specialist to lead high-value sales, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.

Job Description

The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing premium customer interactions, driving sales performance, and supporting showroom leadership in achieving monthly and annual targets. This role requires strong sales expertise, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver personalized solutions for luxury furniture clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and offering tailored furniture and décor solutions
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial consultation to order closure and after-sales follow-up
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Handle high-value and customized orders with accuracy and professionalism
  • Mentor, guide, and support junior sales staff and interns
  • Assist in training team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards
  • Maintain showroom visual merchandising standards and product presentation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, designers, and corporate customers
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product demand, and competitor activity

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, furniture, or home décor
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent understanding of customer service standards in premium retail
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and high-pressure sales environments
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and confident demeanor
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems (POS, MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and holidays
