- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM management and coordination, including STRONG SITE-BASED EXPERIENCE on large-scale construction projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, on-site coordination, and field verification using BIM models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge design and construction effectively
- Lead and coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines directly at the project site, ensuring alignment between design intent and on-site construction activities.
- Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards in coordination with both design and site management teams.
- Oversee model reviews, clash detection, and constructability checks, ensuring accurate integration of on-site conditions into the BIM environment.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and coordination issues during construction.
- Monitor and update as-built models to reflect actual site progress, revisions, and completed works for final handover.
- Conduct on-site BIM coordination meetings and communicate model-based insights to the construction team for improved project delivery.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to BIM modelers and site staff, ensuring proper model usage for scheduling, quantity take-offs, and progress tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 19650 standards, LOD requirements, and project-specific BIM protocols.
- Coordinate the use of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM tools to enhance communication between design and field teams.
