Senior Site Engineer (Civil) High rise

Experience - 4 years & above

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
• Manage project finances, including cost planning, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering.
• Evaluate tenders and prepare tender documentation and procurement strategies.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Conduct regular cost reporting and provide financial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor variations, prepare change orders, and support claims management.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
• Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.
• Ensure adherence to relevant legal, contractual, and company standards.
• Support risk management and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
