Job Title: Senior Social Media Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative Social Media Team Lead to drive the digital presence of our brand and our clients across multiple platforms. This role is a dynamic blend of team leadership, performance marketing, client management, and platform growth. You'll be responsible for scaling the reach, engagement, and impact of our social channels—while ensuring alignment with content creation workflows that are unique to content-driven companies like ours.

As a key player in our marketing team, you must have a deep understanding of how content creator companies operate—from viral content mechanics to audience engagement and monetization strategies. Your goal will be to lead a high-performing team and turn insights into action that grows our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Growth: Own the strategy and execution of social media growth across all platforms. Drive increased followers, engagement, reach, and community loyalty through organic and paid efforts.

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, curation, and publishing of engaging content (static posts, videos, stories, reels, shorts) aligned with brand objectives and social trends.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a growing social media team, ensuring creativity, consistency, and on-time delivery across all projects.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms—focused on reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Optimization & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
  • Client & Internal Coordination: Act as the bridge between clients and creative teams—managing approvals, incorporating feedback, and presenting campaign performance insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on platform performance, audience growth, campaign results, and actionable insights.
  • Community Management: Oversee inboxes, comments, and DMs—ensuring professional, timely, and brand-consistent communication.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of evolving platform features, trends, content formats, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Content Creator Workflow Integration: Understand and align social strategies with how content creator companies operate—including influencer collaborations, viral video formats, storytelling hooks, and audience retention tactics.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, and paid campaign execution.
  • Proven success in managing platform growth and building engaged communities.
  • Strong understanding of how creator-led companies build and monetize audiences across digital platforms.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent storytelling, content writing, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience in managing client accounts, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and grow a creative team.
  • Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
