JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Strategic Partnership Specialist is responsible for identifying, fostering, and cultivating strategic partnerships aligned with the business objectives of Virgin Megastore, contributing significantly to its overall growth. Using his/ her industry knowledge, connections, and negotiation abilities, he/ she will build and maintain relationships with key partners, steering collaborative initiatives that amplify the market position and enrich customer offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively identify and evaluate potential strategic partners within the retail ecosystem.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess the suitability and potential influence of partnerships.

Nurture and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize partnership strategies with overarching business objectives.

Lead negotiations and engage in contractual discussions with potential partners.

Ensure that partnership agreements are mutually advantageous, legally sound, and aligned with organizational goals.

Supervise the execution of strategic partnerships, coordinating with relevant departments for successful implementation.

Monitor and report on the progress and impact of partnership initiatives.

Create and implement metrics to measure the success and efficacy of partnerships

Regularly provide senior leadership with reports and insights on partnership performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
QAULIFICATIONS :

Fluency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proven track record of successfully negotiating and implementing strategic partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

Four to six years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development, or a similar role in the retail industry.
