- Oversee and lead all aspects of the company’s supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, control costs, and ensure timely product availability across all business units.
- Utilize advanced inventory management systems and analytical tools to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Accounts, and Sales Departments to align demand forecasting, procurement planning, and operational execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and warehouse records, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the supply chain and warehouse teams, ensuring strong operational discipline and accountability.
- Monitor market dynamics, supplier performance, and pricing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency enhancements.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements, especially during inspections or surprise visits by health authorities.
- Identify and proactively resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and surplus situations to maintain operational continuity.
- Contribute to the formulation and revision of supply chain and inventory management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure timely communication and management of short-expiry products (minimum three months prior) to minimize wastage.
- Oversee warehouse maintenance, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring an organized and compliant environment.
- Maintain strong working relationships with courier companies and negotiate effective contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee and approve local purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to procurement policies.
- Manage the fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of delivery personnel, ensuring on-time deliveries and service excellence.
- Conduct quarterly supply chain audits to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.
- Represent the company in customer communications (via WhatsApp groups, emails, etc.) to resolve supply chain-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate directly with customers regarding monthly and quarterly product forecasts to align supply and demand effectively.
- Identify and resolve delivery delays or disruptions, providing cost-effective and timely solutions.
- Continuously drive process optimization and operational excellence across all areas of the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with DRAP and other regulatory inspections, maintaining all required documentation and standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with principals and suppliers regarding product provision, availability, and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Manage communication with clients and manufacturers to address product shortages or surpluses, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Take full accountability for all supply chain–related issues, including coordination with external agencies and handling of surprise inspections or compliance matters.
- Any other task given by the company management.
