About the Role
At Zajil Digital Logistics Solutions Ltd, we bring efficiency and innovation to supply chain and logistics operations across Qatar. We believe that modern supply chains should be data driven agile and customer focused. We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager who can take full ownership of our end to end supply chain strategy and execution.
You will not just manage processes. You will optimize and transform operations across procurement warehousing distribution and vendor management. You will lead a skilled team and collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy
Develop and implement end to end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and ensure timely delivery
Procurement and Vendor Management
Manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and ensure consistent quality and performance
Inventory and Logistics Optimization
Oversee inventory planning warehouse operations and distribution networks to minimize waste and delays
Team Leadership
Lead mentor and develop supply chain and logistics teams to achieve operational targets
Data and Performance Management
Analyze supply chain data identify trends and implement improvements based on KPIs and business goals
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with finance operations and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with company objectives
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Minimum 8 years in supply chain logistics or operations management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Education
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field
Technical Skills
Strong experience with ERP systems supply chain software and data analysis tools
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage teams drive performance and lead cross functional initiatives
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of procurement logistics inventory management and regional supply chain operations
Language Skills
English is required Arabic is an advantage
Mindset
Results driven strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
