We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our most critical hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and executive-level roles across various corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.).
  • Develop and execute tailored, proactive sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for niche, hard-to-fill positions.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, advising senior leaders and hiring managers on market conditions and competitive compensation.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and closing candidates effectively.
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire) to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate (in-house) or high-volume agency setting.
  • Proven experience hiring for a diverse range of roles, including leadership/managerial positions across various business units.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and using pipeline data to drive hiring decisions.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience recruiting for a high-growth organization or a complex industry in the GCC region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
