Senior Technical Project Coordinator

As a Senior Technical Project Coordinator , your primary responsibility is to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects that support the hyper-growth of our businesses across multiple markets. You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end technical projects from initiation to delivery
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and actionable plans
  • Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and remove project blockers
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
  • Monitor system integrations, releases, and technical dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery workflows
  • Ensure quality standards, documentation, and best practices are followed
  • Support teams in improving productivity, collaboration, and delivery efficiency


Job Requirements

The Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management or similar role in a tech environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, and technical workflows


The Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing web or mobile product development projects
  • Technical background or prior hands-on experience working with engineering teams
  • Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification
  • Experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clear, professional English
