SEO Expert (On-Page & Off-Page Specialist)

About the Role

TECHIONIC is looking for a results-driven Full SEO Expert who can take full ownership of organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategy, and link building, with a proven record of increasing rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl errors)
• Optimize website structure, schema, internal linking, and metadata
• Conduct deep keyword research (commercial + transactional intent)
• Implement on-page SEO improvements (content structure, NLP optimization)
• Develop and execute white-hat off-page SEO & backlink strategies
• Build high-authority backlinks through outreach and partnerships
• Improve domain authority and organic visibility
• Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Deliver monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years proven SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Experience with WordPress / Shopify / Custom CMS
• Expertise in backlink acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
• Understanding of search intent & conversion-focused SEO
• Experience ranking competitive keywords
• Familiarity with international SEO (Spain market preferred)
