SEO Team Lead

Job Title: SEO Team Lead
Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
On-site Role (Not Remote)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage our search engine optimization efforts, resolve technical SEO issues, and guide a team of SEO specialists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keyword strategy, content alignment, analytics evaluation, and overall search performance improvement. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of SEO trends.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research & Ranking

• Research new keyword opportunities and update existing categories.
• Review and validate blog structures submitted by team members.
• Ensure ranking improvement for assigned project keywords.
• Monitor the team’s on-page and off-page work.
• Manage one dedicated persona across all network domains.
• Approve website and guest post topics for backlink opportunities.
• Increase organic traffic and domain authority through effective strategies.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in a timely manner.

Search Engine Marketing, Competitor Analysis & Algorithms

• Track and adapt to significant Google algorithm updates.
• Stay updated with changes and trends in Search Engine Marketing.
• Conduct competitor gap analysis for assigned personas.

People Management

• Mentor and train new team members according to company SOPs.
• Provide direction and guidance to the SEO team on daily tasks and workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting from all reporting members.
• Offer leadership and oversight for ongoing projects.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with Content Leads for content structure, intent, and quality.
• Coordinate directly with the Content Manager when Content Leads are unavailable.
