Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
  • Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food preparation when needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
  • Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and inventory management
  • Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related regulations is preferred

Pay: $22.60 - $27.22 per hour
