Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently using POS systems like OpenTable for reservations and guest management.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, including nightclub settings or fine dining venues, to deliver top-tier service.

Requirements

• Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and hospitality.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling.
