Service Advisor

Greet customer when they arrive at the workshop and direct them to the available mechanic.

Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives;

checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules

Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
Consult with mechanic with about necessary repairs and possible alternative to expensive work.
Open and closing job cards enter necessary details to system including time sheet.

Prepare vehicle history report, unclosed job card report, weekly vehicle report and vehicle month flow analysis.
Perform customer service duties i.e. answering the phone, scheduling service appointment and calling customer to inform them their vehicle are ready to pick up.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
