We are looking for a Service Engineer to work with our teams:

You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;

• Graduated from the Departments of Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Education at universities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in After-Sales.
• Proficient in English
• Holding a driver's license, with no travel restrictions
• Completed military service
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and results-oriented

Main Responsibilities;

• Providing technical support to dealerships to resolve technical issues.
• Resolving product problems and customer complaints.
• Conducting routine dealership visits to ensure compliance with standards in service operations.
• Improving dealership repair quality by providing training to dealership employees.
• Engaging in technical reporting to the manufacturer to enhance product quality.
• Overseeing accessory development initiatives.
• Managing vehicle warranty processes
