Service Engineer - Tower Crane

ZOOMLION is seeking for SERVICE ENGINEER for Tower Crane Product Line. The ideal candidates will be responsible for;

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on tower cranes.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.

- Replace or repair faulty components.

2. Technical Support:

- Provide on-site technical assistance to customers.

- Offer phone and email support for technical queries.

- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues promptly.

3. Safety and Quality:

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

- Maintain high-quality standards for work performed.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Complete and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.

5. Customer Service:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other service engineers, technicians, and support staff.

- Share knowledge and expertise to improve team performance.

7. Commissioning and Testing:

- Conduct commissioning and testing of new tower cranes.

- Ensure that all safety features and functions are operational.

8. Training and Development:

- Provide training and guidance to customers, operators, and maintenance personnel.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.

9. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

-Please make sure that all necessary materials are available for maintenance and repairs.

10. Travel and On-Call:

- Travel to customer sites, construction sites, or other locations as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Under 40 years old, full-time bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related major preferred.

✔️ Responsible - can bear the pressure of the work, accept posting overseas, and subject to organizational arrangement.

✔️ Good English communication skills.

✔️ Must not be afraid of heights.
