Role - ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Exp. - 5 to 15 year
Location - Hyderabad
Skill
- 6 to 8 + Years of development/ implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery (IP, Subnet &Cloud), Service Mapping and CSDM is mandatory
- A solid understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and IT infrastructure is required
- ITSM Health
- Mid_Server Management
- Along with proficiency in scripting JavaScript and PowerShell. Candidate also needs a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
- Certifications like ServiceNow Implementation specialist
a. CIS – Discovery
b. CIS – Service Mapping.
Key Responsibilities
• • Discovery and Service Mapping – Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across on-perm, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, AZURE, GCP). Configure/customize credentials, MID Servers and patterns to enable complete and accurate infrastructure discovery.
- Implement best practices for discovery schedules, data reconciliation, and CMDB data hygiene.
- Design, develop and maintain Service Mapping patterns for customs and OOB Applications
