We're a growing team passionate about quality craftsmanship and innovation, and we're looking for a talented Fabricator to join our workshop and help deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The Role:
As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you'll play a key part in our production process, turning technical drawings into reality through skilled fabrication and assembly. This hands-on role offers variety, from one-off prototypes to batch production, in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brakes for accurate bending and forming of sheet metal components.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding to high standards, ensuring strong, clean welds on various metals.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate parts with precision.
• Finish and inspect fabricated items to ensure they meet quality and tolerance requirements.
• Maintain an organised workspace and adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team and demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Fabricator, with 3 years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills with press brakes, associated machinery and proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Counter balance forklift license essential.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and using tools like guillotines and rollers where needed.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to quality.
• Right to work in the UK essential; relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Fabrication and Welding) are advantageous.
