We are looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer journey in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain strong client relationships.
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Organize promotional events and campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail or showroom management, ideally within stationery, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
