About Us

We are a leading stationery retailer dedicated to providing premium products, excellent customer service, and a creative shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer journey in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Organize promotional events and campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail or showroom management, ideally within stationery, lifestyle, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
