Position: Showroom Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Gender: Male / Female
Age: 38–45 years
Education: MBA or equivalent
Industry: Tile, Marble, Lighting, Furniture
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, designers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure showroom aesthetics, layout, and merchandising are aligned with high standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics for timely product availability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Showroom Manager in a related industry
• Strong background in premium or luxury interior products
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage large-scale or high-value projects
• Currently residing in the UAE
