Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Shuttering Foreman
to supervise and manage shuttering/formwork activities at construction sites. The role involves planning, execution, manpower management, quality control, and coordination to ensure timely and safe completion of RCC and structural works as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise all shuttering and formwork activities at site

Read and understand structural drawings and shuttering layouts

Plan shuttering work for slabs, beams, columns, footings, staircases, and RCC structures
-
Allocate manpower and manage shuttering carpenters and helpers
-
Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and supports as per standards
-
Ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in shuttering work
-
Coordinate with site engineers, RCC engineers, and safety officers
-
Ensure timely material availability (plates, props, pipes, ply, clamps, etc.)

Monitor productivity and daily progress

Rectify shuttering defects and prevent rework
-
Ensure safe dismantling (de-shuttering) practices
-
Maintain discipline and site work schedules

Follow safety norms and site safety protocols
