Site Administrator (HR & Admin)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator ( HR & Admin) to manage and coordinate all HR and administrative functions at the project site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site-based HR operations, a sound understanding of UAE labor laws, and a strong background in oil & gas or EPC project environments. Preferred previous experience at ADNOC sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact at the project site, supporting line managers and employees on HR policies and site-related issues
  • Manage site mobilization and demobilization activities, including onboarding, documentation, medicals, and orientation
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, leave management, and manpower tracking
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations regarding employment practices and records
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies
  • Coordinate accommodation, transport, site access passes, and welfare facilities
  • Support the head office HR team in monthly payroll inputs, audits, and manpower reports
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, site logs, and administrative documentation
  • Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal departments on manpower and site admin requirements
  • Promote and uphold a positive work culture, safety awareness, and employee engagement initiatives at site

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of HR & Admin experience in oil & gas construction or EPC projects
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and site compliance requirements
  • Must have experience & knowledge of site mobilization process to ADNOC sites (Onshore & offshore}
  • Proven experience in managing blue-collar and multicultural workforces at project sites
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently at remote project sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on major oil & gas projects
  • Certifications in HR, labor law, or employee relations are a plus
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
