What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site civil works to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress.


• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to implement project plans effectively.


• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.


• Monitor project schedules, prepare progress reports, and resolve site-related issues.


• Ensure full compliance with construction codes, safety standards, and company regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  


• 
  3 to 6 years of experience in site supervision within real estate or construction projects.
  


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
