We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues on site.
• Manage materials, manpower, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and company policies.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE (preferably in contracting companies).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
