Site Engineer – Civil / Arch

What You'll Achieve

Project Execution and Oversight

• Supervise day-to-day site activities in civil and finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate site operations such as excavation, concrete, structural works, plastering, tiling, and painting.

Quality Control and Compliance

• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets design standards and project requirements.
• Monitor materials and workmanship to maintain high quality across all phases.

Technical Problem-Solving

• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report technical issues, supporting timely solutions to avoid delays.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with project engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth site execution.
• Provide updates on progress and site challenges to the project team.

Safety & Documentation

• Enforce ACC’s health and safety standards on-site.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, documenting progress and challenges.

What You’ll Bring to ACC

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in site supervision on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
