Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications Monitor quality of work and safety standards Report daily progress to management Arrange materials and equipment as required Ensure projects are completed on time Requirements: Minimum experience in construction/maintenance field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read drawings Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
