Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to lead the construction and commissioning of a Simple Cycle Gas Power Plant? ILF Consulting Engineers – UAE invites you to take on this pivotal role, ensuring excellence in project delivery and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site activities related to construction and commissioning of the Simple Cycle Gas Turbine based Power Plant.
• Manage site inspection, erection, and coordination between the Construction Contractor , EPCM Contractor and the Employer.
• Ensure site safety, quality assurance, and effective interface management.
• Lead all commissioning activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C scopes.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary Construction teams and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Degree from an internationally recognized university is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in construction and commissioning of power plants, with strong expertise in gas turbine commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage complex site operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of commissioning procedures, safety protocols, and interface management.
• Familiarity with construction and commissioning management tools.
• Experience working in multicultural teams and international projects is highly valued.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
