Job Summary

We are a specialized subcontractor engaged in an Oil & Gas / LNG project under a main EPC contractor. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage and control site execution of our subcontract scope, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with EPC, client, quality, and HSE requirements.

The Site Manager will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, manpower coordination, and interface with EPC representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of site activities within subcontract scope
• Plan, organize, and control construction works (piping, mechanical, structural, etc. as applicable)
• Coordinate daily activities with:
• EPC Construction Manager / Supervisors
• Subcontract supervisors and foremen
• QA/QC and HSE teams
• Ensure work execution as per:
• Approved drawings and specifications
• Method statements and ITPs
• EPC and client HSE requirements
• Manage manpower, equipment, and subcontract resources
• Monitor progress and productivity; prepare daily and weekly site reports
• Ensure timely resolution of site issues, punch lists, and NCRs
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities related to subcontract scope
• Enforce strict compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) system and site safety rules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (as applicable)
• Minimum 12–15 years experience in Oil & Gas / industrial projects
• Proven experience as Site Manager / Construction Manager / Senior Site Engineer with subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of:
• Site construction practices
• Manpower and subcontractor management
• QA/QC and HSE compliance
• Experience working under EPC contractors on large projects
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Gulf experience (Qatar / UAE / KSA) preferred

HSE & Management Training (Preferred)

• PTW / Job Supervisor certification
• HSE leadership or site safety training
• Work at Height / Confined Space (advantage)
