Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site work and ensure timely project execution
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
• Ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Handle basic measurement and material calculations
• Ensure safety and discipline at the worksite
• Report project status to senior management

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree (Civil / Interior / Relevant Field preferred)
• Basic knowledge of site operations and construction process
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage workforce efficiently
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
• Willingness to travel within Kolkata (TA provided)

• Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge
