Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with a minimum experience of at least 3 years in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Hot Rolled Steel Structures. The candidate must be capable of independently handling site activities and coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise erection and installation of PEB and hot rolled steel structures
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project schedule
• Coordinate with Project Engineer, fabrication team, and subcontractors
• Monitor manpower productivity and site safety compliance
• Conduct site measurements and material verification
• Attend client/consultant meetings when required
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at site

Requirements:

• Qualification - ITI / Diploma in Mech. Engg
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structure industry
• Good knowledge of structural drawings and erection procedures
• Ability to manage manpower at site
• Good communication skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Immediate joiners preferred
