• Operations Oversight: Managing day-to-day warehouse/site activities, including loading/unloading and inventory control.
• Staff Management: Instructing and scheduling workers, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Logistics Coordination: Organizing inbound/outbound shipments, collaborating with transport partners, and managing courier, import/export, and warehouse staff.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate inventory records, checking materials against, and conducting audits.
• Process Improvement: Implementing improvements in supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
